Our Property Management service includes:

Key holding and release to authorized guests or contractors.
Monthly checks of vacant properties including:
* Humidity control
* Insect Infestation
* Running of water into WC’s
* Security of windows and doors
* Control of utility supplies
* emptying of mail box
* detailed report of any challenges including photos.
* Full inventory listing

Our optional Property Rental service includes all of the above plus:

* High quality digital photographs of property.
* Internet Advertising.

* General advertising in “Full colour glossy magazines”
* Regular updates to existing clients

Our annual fee is 400€ (+ VAT) from the time of registration. This includes our optional Property Rental Package giving you the option to rent out your property through our extensive and well advertised publicity sites in order for you to receive a rental income and further increase your investment.

CHECKLIST

In order to register your property with Property Management services the following relevant items will be required:

Two sets of all keys (including one post box key)
A photocopy of your insurance policy including third party liability
Map or directions to the property
The Annual consultancy agreement
The Annual Registration fee
Clear photocopy of passport

In addition if you wish to take our rental option the following items are required

A complete inventory
A copy of your utility bills for electricity, water & gas as applicable.
1 additional set of keys
Gas safety certificate for appliances (If Applicable)
Pool key or card (If Applicable)

When all of the above is completed please visit our office in Torrevieja with all the necessary documents.

Please ensure direct debits are set up at your bank with regard to the following:

Electricity
Water
Community Fees
Suma (House Rates)
Property, contents and third party Insurance
We suggest a minimum of 1000€ should be in your bank account at all times.

Warning

A lack of funds could mean electric or water being disconnected with an added cost for reconnection.

Non payment of Community fees may result in pool passes being withheld and other community facilities being withheld.
