All of the properties that we make available for rental are marketed as Fully Equipped.  We advise all landlords to equip their property to a high standard including good quality hard wearing furniture, fixtures and fittings.  It is important to make a substantial initial investment in your new home to ensure maximum financial return.

Satellite Television, installation can be arranged via this office.  Installing this will greatly improve rental potential.

Make the property feel welcoming & comfortable (Bright colors & decorations). Adding extra items makes the property more appealing.

Provide enough heaters to adequately heat and enough fans or A/C to cool your property.

A Microwave oven is regarded as being an essential item.

Provide good quality bedding and towels to minimize replacement

Throw over covers to protect the sofa & armchairs.

Leave instructions to use the washing machine or other equipment.

Lock away personal effects and label “OWNERS”.

Please consider your Maximum Occupancy and ensure each tenant has a soft seat to relax in and a place at the table from which to eat.

Oven, Microwave, Hob, Fridge freezer, Washing Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Cooking Pans (Various), Cutlery & cooking utensils, Scissors, Corkscrew, Bottle Opener, Tin Opener, Dinner Service, Chopping board, Sharp Knives, Glasses & beakers, Coffee machine, Mixing Bowls, Cruet set, Strainer, Tea Towels, Tea Pot & Plastic glasses for use in the Pool Area.

Bedrooms

Beds & Mattresses complete with two sets of linen per bed, blankets or duvets and mattress protectors. Bedside tables with lamps, Curtains, Wardrobes & chest of drawers.

Patio & Balcony
